Several formulas are available.
PROCESS
– A hostess is scheduled at each airport on 12, 13, 14 and 15 November where arrivals are the most important at a desk (located via a kakemono FCEM Congress Paris) whose hall will be specified on the voucher issued after the order and payment by credit card (issue of invoice on request)
– The hostess will direct you to the parking area of the ordered vehicles (also visible via kakemono FCEM Congrès Paris)
It is imperative that the person ordering specifies on the form:
– arrival date
– Flight No.
– provenance
As a security measure and for any additional request or even requests for returns (because there are no bus transfers from the Hyatt to airports at the end of the congress),

– type of vehicle selected
– arrival date and flight no.
– number of persons
– name of each person
– and especially emails so that everyone pays their share via a personalized link.
Reservations are possible up to 48 hours before arrival.
